Express Delivery - £5.99
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Delivery within 1-2 working days)

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm - £12.99
(Order by 12:00pm for next-day delivery - Monday to Thursday only)

Once you've ordered, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. If you've lost your email, you can send a request to customer services with your name and address to be re-sent your original email.

Please note Delivery times may differ during Royal Mail Strike/Industrial Action periods.


International Delivery

We have temporarily suspended our international deliveries due to the current situation with border import/export duty.

 

Returns and Refund Information:

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
  2. We accept free returns on items damaged in transit or faulty. Please contact us for your free returns label if your order meets this criteria.
  3. For any other return (wrong size ordered, etc) the cost of the return is upon the customer.
  4. Please use any suitable carrier to send your items back, we recommend Royal Mail and a tracked service.
  5. Include a note or use the returns section on your order sheet that was sent to you with your order.
  6. Include details of your order number, name, or postcode, and if you would like an exchange or refund.
  7. Items sent back for exchange or refund not covered by point 2. are to be sent back at the cost of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5 days from when we receive the item(s). Payments are refunded back to your original payment option and cannot be changed.

Any items sent back to us in a used and/or damaged unsalable condition will not be refunded.
